I understand that therapy is a real investment - of your time, your energy, and your money. My hope is to make that investment feel clear, fair, and worthwhile, so you'll find everything here laid out in plain language.

Extended Sessions
Some sessions call for a little more room. You're welcome to extend any session by an additional 30 minutes, for $50.

I offer this additional time at a reduced rate, because a longer session can be helpful for deeper parts work, somatic processing, or working with trauma. The extra time gives us space to arrive, go where we need to go, and close down safely, without needing to rush.

It's a good choice if you know you tend to need time to settle in, or if we're moving through something that deserves more attention. For relationship counselling in particular, the longer format gives each person room to feel truly heard, without the clock pressing in.

Concession Fees

In support of those pursuing further study, and anyone experiencing genuine financial hardship, I offer a limited number of concession places at a reduced rate (20% off). Please reach out to discuss availability.

Concession fees are ordinarily available to self-funded students, veterans, seniors, and Health Care Card holders, but if cost is standing between you and the support you need, let's talk about it.

NDIS

I welcome NDIS participants who are self-managed or plan-managed. If you're unsure whether counselling can be funded through your plan, you're welcome to get in touch and we can talk it through. NDIS fees will be in line with official NDIS pricing arrangements.

Medicare & Rebates

As a registered counsellor, I don't fall under the allied health professions covered by Medicare, so my services aren't eligible for a Medicare rebate.

My fees are intentionally set with this in mind - designed to sit in line with the gap fee you might otherwise pay after a rebate, so that seeing me needn't cost you more. Working outside the Medicare system also means:

  • No referral required. You don't need to see a GP first, or wait for an appointment to get one.

  • No Mental Health Care Plan. No formal assessment or paperwork before you can begin.

  • No session limits. You're not capped at a set number of subsidised sessions per calendar year.

You can simply reach out, whenever you feel ready.
