This free, no-pressure call is a chance to say a little about what's bringing you here, ask me anything you'd like to know, and get a feel for how I work before you commit to anything.
Cancellation Policy
Payment must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment time. This acts as confirmation to me that the session is going ahead. You will receive payment instructions via email. Your appointment time is reserved just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours before your session. This allows the time to be offered to someone else. You'll receive a reminder 24 hours before your appointment, which is a good moment to reschedule if something has come up. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments incur the following fees: Less than 24 hours' notice: 50% of the session fee Same-day cancellations and missed appointments: 100% of the session fee To cancel or reschedule, use the link in your confirmation email or contact me directly by email.
